IDEAL ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
CONSTRUCTION
Our philosophy regarding services during construction is as follows: a client
spending $25,000 per day or more on sitework is the first call which is answered or returned. Period.
In the history of man's endeavors to design his environment, there have been precious few projects which have completely conformed to design expectations. Since there are so many concealed conditions on a jobsite, and so many parameters outside of control, changes and refinements to design work during construction are a fact of life.
Our long-standing corporate policy is to address those challenges head-on and behave in the most courteous and conscientious manner to maintain a spirit of teamwork, cooperation and shared ownership.
These policies and attitudes have made us successful and will keep us successful for as long as we are able to serve.
DESIGN
At Ideal Engineering Solutions we understand that project resources are limited, and that all projects must be constructed using the available construction methods and resources. Since the essence of any construction drawing is communication, we endeavor to make our plans as clear, concise and polished as we are able.
The best design product ever prepared was the product that required little or no field
consultation, since communication was clear enough on the completed plans that all parties could
understand the scope of work.
Our philosophy is that a poorly prepared plan results in higher construction bids, and our objective is to reduce bid numbers with clear communication and practical solutions on completed plans.
PLANNING
The success of any project is determined in the planning phase, where objectives are defined and needs and resources are examined.
Every IES project benefits from a
value engineering analysis, where
costs and feasibility are carefully weighed in order to evaluate risks and benefits.
How could a planner possibly be successful in planning a project, if they lack an understanding of the design, permitting and construction processes? We bring deep, functional expertise to our projects, and we are known for enthusiasm and our fun approach to work.
At IES we love what we do and we love seeing the success of our clients.
