PROJECTS

 

We recognize that no two projects are identical and we take pride in addressing each project's unique challenges.

 

IES has designed more than 400 residential projects ranging in size from 12 lots to more than 800 lots. We have designed and permitted more than 20 projects which required TVA 26(a) permits and associated dockage designs and negotiations.

We have prepared more than 150 commercial site plans ranging in size from one acre parcels to a 320 acre upscale commercial shopping plaza.
